Terms of use

These terms keep things fair for every family using Twigs. By creating a tree or claiming a profile, you agree to them.

Your content stays yours

Everything you and your family add (names, photos, stories, moments) remains yours. You give Twigs only the limited license needed to store it and display it to the people your family has let in.

Keepers and members

Each tree has at least one keeper, who manages the tree, its password, its members, and its settings. Members manage their own card. Keepers are responsible for who they share the family password with.

Acceptable use

• Only add people and photos you have a family relationship with and reasonable permission to include.
• No harassment, impersonation, or uploading unlawful content.
• No scraping, reselling, or attempting to access other families' trees.

We may suspend accounts or trees that break these rules.

The service

Twigs is provided as-is, free to start. We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Export or deletion requests are honored via hello@ourtwigs.com.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twigs isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes get a new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Twigs after a change means you accept the updated terms.
